Charity Picnic

- Helping Children in Need

Through our unique transformative team building experience, you and your colleagues will have a chance to connect with your inner child, escaping for an afternoon to partake in meaningful crafting activities. Complimented by our gorgeous picnic arrangements with a range of catering options in outdoor or office meeting spaces.

You will create beautiful keepsakes for children in hospitals or under privileged communities.

What You Can Expect

  • Arrive at your selected venue to a decadent charcuterie grazing table for lunch

  • Meet your facilitator who will introduce the activities

  • Picnic tables will be set up with different stations, activities can include:

    • Decorate a tote bag with fun sticker patches and keyring

    • Decorate an acrylic box with a pack of playing cards (cards included for the kids)

    • Decorate a small toiletries bag with sticker patches

    • Decorate a keepsake box with cream glue and charms

    • Decorate a book mark with cream glue and charms

    • Decorate a cape and mask/ wand

    • Make a charm bracelet with words of love and hope

    • Write affirmation cards to go inside the keepsake boxes

    • Decorate a pot plant (seeds provided for child to plant and grow)

    • Put together activity bags for the kids to make themselves at the hospital

  • Experiences are facilitated and run for 2-3 hours.

  • Suitable for groups from 30-500 people

  • Deliver your gifts direct to the hospital chosen charity or we can do it for you and provide you with a photo and video so you can cherish your impact.
